Zombie Reddy 2 Nxt Lvl: Teja Sajja Film Targets 7 Language Release In 2027

Teja Sajja is gearing up for another major pan Indian outing with Zombie Reddy 2 Nxt Lvl, the sequel to his 2021 zombie comedy thriller Zombie Reddy. The makers have now unveiled an intriguing new glimpse, promising a bigger and bloodier adventure.

Produced by People Media Factory, the sequel brings back Teja Sajja while introducing a fresh combination of talent. Kannada star Upendra and Shanaya Kapoor are part of the cast, adding further curiosity around the project.

Zombie Reddy 2 Nxt Lvl marks the Telugu directorial debut of Suparn S. Varma, known for his work across Hindi cinema and streaming projects. The story has been developed by Prasanth Varma, who directed the original Zombie Reddy and continues to be closely associated with the franchise.

The newly released glimpse opens in an animated style and uses a Rayalaseema folk song to establish the film’s distinctive setting and tone. The presentation then shifts towards Hyderabad, teasing a world that appears significantly larger in scale than the first instalment. The glimpse promises more action, zombies and chaos while retaining the quirky flavour associated with the franchise.

The technical crew includes Gowra Hari as music composer, Abhinandan Ramanujam as cinematographer and Vijay Velukutty as editor. The writing team comprises Hussain Dalal, Abbas Dalal, Prasanth Varma and Suparn S. Varma, while Subbu K has penned the dialogues. Banglan is handling production design.

The film is being produced by T.G. Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad under People Media Factory. The production house is planning an ambitious seven language release for 2027, with the film set to arrive in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Nepali and Japanese.

The sequel was earlier announced for Sankranthi 2027, but the latest glimpse does not mention the festival release window. This has sparked speculation that the makers could be reconsidering the original release plan. As of now, however, a new release date has not been officially announced.

Teja Sajja has continued to build momentum following the success of Hanu-Man, while his upcoming projects have kept him firmly in the spotlight. With Zombie Reddy 2 Nxt Lvl promising a bigger universe and a seven language release, the sequel is shaping up as one of the actor’s notable 2027 projects.
