YSRCP Slams Delay in Action Against ABN’s Radhakrishna

YSR Congress Party leaders demanded the immediate registration of an FIR and strict action against ABN Andhra Jyothi head Vemuri Radhakrishna for allegedly making inappropriate remarks against women . Under the leadership of erstwhile Chittoor district president Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, they submitted a representation to the ASP at the Tirupati SP office.

Bhumana Karunakar Reddy expressed concern over the lack of response despite multiple complaints, calling it negligence by the police . He stressed that protecting women’s dignity is essential and that strict action would send the right message to society .

In NTR district, YSRCP leaders, led by Devineni Avinash, also lodged a complaint at the Police Commissioner’s office. Avinash criticized the authorities for failing to act despite derogatory remarks and statewide protests, terming it a double standard .

Leaders demanded a public apology from those responsible and urged authorities to ensure justice without delay.
