Weather Alert: IMD Sounds Alarm as Heavy Rain Set to Pound 15 States Today

The southwest monsoon is expected to intensify further on Monday , with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issuing heavy rainfall alerts for 15 states and warning of thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds across large parts of the country.
