The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to be launched in China in the first quarter of 2026, according to leaks from tipsters. While the company has not officially confirmed the device, several specifications and features have been circulated online, indicating that the handset will be positioned as a premium flagship offering in Vivo’s X-series lineup.

The X300 Ultra is anticipated to succeed the Vivo X200 Ultra, which was introduced in April 2025. The base X300 and X300 Pro models were unveiled in October 2025, and the Ultra variant is expected to arrive slightly earlier than some industry watchers had anticipated. The timeline suggests that the handset will be part of Vivo’s consistent yearly release cycle for its high-end devices.

A significant highlight of the X300 Ultra is expected to be its 7,000mAh battery, a notable upgrade over the 6,000mAh cell that powers the X200 Ultra. By comparison, the X300 and X300 Pro are equipped with 6,040mAh and 6,510mAh batteries respectively, supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. Such a large battery is likely to enhance endurance and appeal to power users.

The smartphone is rumored to feature a 6.8-inch 2K display, providing sharp visuals and an immersive viewing experience. The device is also expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, built on a 3nm process with an octa-core configuration, ensuring flagship-level performance and efficiency.

Camera capabilities are expected to receive significant upgrades. The X300 Ultra may house a triple rear camera setup, including two 200-megapixel sensors, one of which could reportedly be Sony’s LYTIA 901 sensor. Improvements in ultrawide, primary, and 35mm periscope telephoto lenses are also anticipated, offering better photography compared to the X200 Ultra.

Although these specifications remain unconfirmed, they align with Vivo’s trend of enhancing performance, battery life, and camera capabilities in its Ultra variants. Consumers and technology enthusiasts are likely to closely follow official announcements in early 2026 to confirm the device’s features and availability.
