Varun Tej Reportedly Teams Up With Karthik Subbaraj For Romantic Drama

Varun Tej is reportedly set to collaborate with Tamil filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj for a romantic drama, marking an interesting shift from the director’s trademark action, gangster and revenge driven storytelling.

According to reports, Subbaraj is planning a love story with Varun Tej in the lead role. While the makers are yet to officially announce the project or reveal details about its cast, plot and production timeline, the reported collaboration has already generated interest among Telugu and Tamil cinema fans.

Subbaraj has built a reputation for exploring unconventional characters and genre driven narratives, making his reported decision to direct a romantic drama particularly intriguing. Varun Tej, meanwhile, has experimented with different genres throughout his career, including action, comedy, romance and sports dramas.
