Upcoming Games Highlighted at Xbox Partner Preview, Including Indian Studio’s Raji Sequel
At the Xbox Partner Preview event held on Thursday, several upcoming games from third-party developers were showcased, including both world premieres and updates to previously announced titles. The event provided new gameplay trailers, release details, and platform information for a variety of anticipated games.
The most notable announcement was Raji: Kaliyuga, the sequel to Raji: An Ancient Epic, developed by Pune-based Nodding Heads Games. Set six years after the original game, the sequel introduces a darker storyline and allows players to control two protagonists: Raji and her younger brother, Darsh. A transition to a third-person perspective has been made from the isometric view of the first game, and players will be able to use each character’s unique abilities at different points in the story. Raji: Kaliyuga is planned for release on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), Xbox Series S/X, PS5, and Switch 2, and will be available on Game Pass from day one.
Tides of Annihilation, developed by Chinese studio Eclipse Glow Games, was also highlighted with a new gameplay trailer. Inspired by Arthurian legend, the action-adventure title is set in London and the mythical island of Avalon. A full boss battle was shown in the trailer. The game will be released on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series S/X.
IO Interactive’s James Bond title, 007 First Light, was confirmed to include the Aston Martin Valhalla, a modified sports coupé equipped with special gadgets for 00 agents. The game is scheduled for release on March 27, 2026, and players will be required to achieve “00” status to access the vehicle.
The co-op horror game Reanimal, developed by Tarsier Studios, was also presented. Players take on the roles of a brother and sister tasked with rescuing their missing friends while navigating environmental puzzles and platforming challenges in a nightmarish setting. Reanimal is set to launch on PC, PS5, Xbox Series S/X, and Switch 2 on February 13, 2026, and pre-orders have already been made available.
Other games revealed or updated at the event include Armatus (PC, PS5, Xbox Series S/X, Switch 2 – 2026), CloverPit (Xbox Series S/X, Xbox on PC, Game Pass – November 20, 2025), Crowsworn (PC, PS5, Xbox Series S/X, Switch), Dave The Diver and its In The Jungle DLC (Xbox Series S/X, Xbox on PC – November 20, 2025), Echo Generation 2 (PC, Xbox Series S/X – 2026), Erosion (Early Access Xbox on PC, Steam – Spring 2026), The Mound: Omen of Cthulu (PC, PS5, Xbox Series S/X – Summer 2026), Roadside Research (PC, Xbox Series S/X – Q1 2026), Total Chaos (PC, PS5, Xbox Series S/X – November 20, 2025), Vampire Crawlers (PC, PS5, Xbox Series S/X – 2026), and Zoopunk (PC, PS5, Xbox Series S/X – 2027).
