Trump’s White House UFC Event Targeted In Drone-And-Sniper Plot Foiled By FBI, Says Kash Patel

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has confirmed it disrupted a coordinated plot targeting the UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House , with the Department of Justice charging five suspects while investigators continue probing a wider network.

FBI Director Kash Patel said, “On June 10, FBI and our law enforcement partners became aware of a potential threat … and in a multi-state operation, multiple individuals are now in custody.” He added that the plot was “stopped cold” through rapid coordination .

Authorities allege the plan involved explosive-laden drones intended to strike near the venue, followed by a sniper ambush targeting fleeing crowds, and a second phase aimed at breaching White House security gates.

Investigators say encrypted Signal chats revealed coordination among as many as 23 individuals , discussing logistics and timing. Court records identify 19-year-old Tycen Proper, whose mother alerted police after noticing suspicious behaviour and weapons purchases , triggering the investigation.

Officials said arrests were made across Ohio, California, Missouri and Nebraska as part of a multi-state operation , with weapons and tactical gear recovered.

Vice President JD Vance called the case “very, very dark stuff,” warning of rising political extremism, while Trump said he had not been briefed during the G7 summit.

A joint FBI–Secret Service statement credited “swift, coordinated action” for preventing a mass casualty attack. Officials said the investigation remains ongoing, with further arrests possible.
