TN Govt promises action after Karur School stampede

The Tamil Nadu government has assured prompt action against those responsible for the recent stampede at a school in Karur. Reacting to the tragedy, Tamil Nadu Education Minister Anbil Mahesh stated, “Action will be taken against those responsible. The safety of our children is paramount, and negligence will not be tolerated.”

Several political leaders and celebrities expressed shock and sorrow over the incident. Chief Minister M.K. Stalin tweeted condolences to the families affected and urged authorities to investigate thoroughly. Actor Suriya and singer Chinmayi also shared their concern on social media, calling for stricter safety measures in schools across the state.
