Three workers killed in construction accident at Sanathnagar ESI hospital

A tragic accident at the under-construction ESI Hospital in Sanathnagar claimed the lives of three workers on Monday afternoon, while several others were injured.

According to police, a concrete slab suddenly collapsed during repair and construction work, crushing the workers who were on site. Three labourers died on the spot, and two others sustained serious injuries. The injured workers were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where the condition of both is said to be critical.

Officials said a total of five workers were present at the location when the mishap occurred. An investigation has been launched to determine the exact cause of the collapse, and further details are awaited.
