‘The Paradise’ Hindi Version’s Release Put On Hold?

Natural Star Nani’s much-awaited pan-Indian action drama ‘The Paradise’ is scheduled to hit cinemas on September 24. Directed by Srikanth Odela, the film has been generating strong buzz, especially after the success of its second single, ‘Yeshanagula’.

However, the Hindi version of ‘The Paradise’ is reportedly facing a delay. According to a recent media report, the Hindi release has allegedly been put on hold for the time being and may not arrive simultaneously with the Telugu version on September 24.

The speculation has gained attention because the makers have reportedly not yet begun a major promotional campaign for the film in the Hindi market. With the release date approaching, the lack of Hindi promotions has fueled reports that the Hindi version could miss the planned pan-India release.

At the same time, ‘The Paradise’ has been receiving considerable attention beyond the Telugu market. ‘Yeshanagula’ crossed 30 million YouTube views within a day and has since crossed 46 million views. The song also reached the top spot on YouTube Music’s trending chart in India.

The song’s success has also sparked a wider conversation around Telangana folk music and dialect representation. While many listeners have embraced its Telangana-rooted sound, some sections online have mocked the dialect or questioned its place in mainstream cinema.

The film itself reportedly features Nani as Jadal, with his character sporting a rugged look featuring long braids, a heavy beard, flashy shirts, gold chains and tinted glasses. The story is reportedly set in 1980s Secunderabad and revolves around an oppressed community fighting for recognition.

‘The Paradise’ marks Nani and Srikanth Odela’s second collaboration after ‘Dasara’. The film is backed by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the SLV Cinemas banner. Kayadu Lohar plays the female lead, while Raghav Juyal and Mohan Babu are part of the cast. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music.

For now, there is no official confirmation from the makers about postponing or cancelling the Hindi release. The reported delay should therefore be treated as speculation until the production team announces its plans.

With September 24 fast approaching, the key question is whether ‘The Paradise’ will arrive across India on the same day or whether its Hindi version will follow a separate release schedule.
