Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) may soon provide more opportunities for government job aspirants in Telangana, with the Commission preparing to announce a fresh round of recruitment. It is expected to release up to 15 new job notifications in phases, beginning by the end of August or in September.

The fresh recruitment push comes after TGPSC issued nine notifications since June 2. The Commission is now examining proposals for several more vacancies across government departments as part of efforts to accelerate the recruitment process.

According to information available, proposals to fill nearly 3,800 posts that have received approval from the Finance Department have already reached TGPSC. One of the biggest components of the proposed recruitment drive is the filling of 1,398 Forest Beat Officer (FBO) posts in the Forest Department.

The upcoming notifications are also expected to cover vacancies for Town Planning Officers, Statistical Officers, Technical Assistants, besides posts in engineering and other professional categories.

To ensure faster completion of the recruitment cycle, TGPSC is preparing to conduct more Computer-Based Recruitment Tests (CBRT). Under the proposed system, candidates may be able to view their preliminary scores soon after completing their examinations.

In cases where examinations need to be conducted in multiple sessions, the Commission is expected to adopt a normalisation process to calculate scores and maintain fairness among candidates appearing in different batches.

With thousands of vacancies likely to be taken up in the next phase, the anticipated notifications have raised fresh hopes among lakhs of government job aspirants across Telangana. The Commission’s efforts to streamline examinations and speed up recruitment could give further momentum to government hiring in the state in the coming months.
