TGBIE to send IPE–2026 hall ticket preview links via Whatsapp

The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) will send hall ticket preview download links via WhatsApp to parents’ registered mobile numbers for Intermediate First and Second Year students appearing for IPE–2026.

The initiative aims to enhance transparency and increase parental awareness , allowing parents to verify hall ticket details such as the student’s name, roll number, subjects, and exam centre before the official exams . Any discrepancies can be reported to college principals or DIEOs/Nodal Officers .

Exam Schedule:

• English Practical: Jan 21 (1st Year), Jan 22 (2nd Year)

• Ethics & Human Values / Environmental Education: Jan 23–24

• Practical Exams: Feb 2–21, 2026

For rural students and parents, the WhatsApp-based system provides easy access , as most households have at least one smartphone. Parents can view or download the hall ticket directly or seek assistance from college staff or local officials if needed. For those without internet access, hall tickets remain available at colleges.

This step ensures that parents are actively involved in the verification process , reducing errors and making the examination process more accountable and transparent .
