Telangana Health Minister To Issue Appointment Orders to 1,919 Nursing Officers Today

On the occasion of International Nurses Day , the Telangana government has brought cheer to unemployed candidates by issuing appointment letters to selected nursing officers.

The Minister for Medical and Health, Damodar Rajanarsimha , will distribute appointment orders to the selected candidates today.

The programme will be held at Osmania Medical College Grounds in Koti at 4:00 PM . Of the total posts filled through the Medical and Health Services Recruitment Board (MHSRB) , appointment orders will be issued today to 1,919 candidates who secured jobs in the Medical and Health Department. Officials also stated that the recruitment process for 257 posts in the Labour Department has been completed.

The Minister directed officials to ensure that all necessary arrangements are made so that the nurses arriving to receive appointment letters do not face any inconvenience. In this regard, he held a review meeting with Special Chief Secretary of the Health Department, Christina Z. Chongthu , along with other senior officials.

The government believes that filling long-pending vacancies in the health sector will help improve services to patients in government hospitals. With the completion of this large-scale recruitment process, candidates have expressed satisfaction and happiness.
