
Telangana Govt Transfers 13 IAS Officers in Major Reshuffle
The Telangana government on Saturday issued G.O. Rt. No. 540 , ordering a major reshuffle of the IAS cadre, transferring and posting 13 officers across key departments to meet administrative requirements.
As part of the changes, Sanjay Kumar has been posted as Special Officer at Telangana Bhavan in New Delhi, while M. Dana Kishore has been moved to head the Panchayati Raj and Rural Development department and will continue to hold additional charge at the Governor’s office. B. Viziendira has been appointed Secretary to the Scheduled Castes Development department.
In another key move, Hyderabad Collector Harichandana Dasari has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Labour, Employment, Training and Factories department, along with additional charge in the Revenue department. Krishna Aditya S. has been shifted to the Industries and Commerce department.
Among district-level changes, Anudeep Durishetty , Collector of Khammam, has been posted to the IT, Electronics and Communications department and given additional responsibilities in Mines and Geology as well as the Telangana Mineral Development Corporation. Abhilasha Abhinav , Collector of Nirmal, will take over as Director of Intermediate Education.
Other notable postings include Zendage Hanumant Kondiba as CEO of Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, P. Pravinya as Special Secretary in Roads and Buildings, and Santhosh B.M. in the Tribal Welfare department. Several officers have also been assigned FAC (Full Additional Charge) roles to ensure continuity.
The reshuffle spans multiple sectors including revenue, education, industries, tribal welfare, and civil supplies , reflecting the government’s effort to streamline administration and strengthen governance across the state.
