TDP Holds State-Level Training In Mangalagiri To Strengthen Party Base

Amid shifting political dynamics in Andhra Pradesh, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has intensified efforts to strengthen its organisational base , with a clear push toward grassroots mobilisation . The party conducted training sessions for its state executive secretaries and state secretaries at NTR Bhavan in Mangalagiri.

Senior leaders outlined strategies to expand outreach, improve coordination, and deepen engagement with the public. The sessions focused on equipping party functionaries with practical approaches to connect with communities and effectively communicate key initiatives.

Addressing the gathering, Andhra Pradesh Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha urged leaders to take an active role in resolving public issues and act as a vital link between the leadership and grassroots workers. She emphasised that leadership should be driven by responsibility and public service rather than positions.

Anitha highlighted the need to strengthen the party’s network at the village and mandal levels, describing party workers as its backbone. She also called for the effective use of social media and modern communication tools to widen outreach.

She expressed gratitude to Chief Minister and TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu for reappointing her to the party’s Politburo for a second consecutive term, calling it both an honour and a responsibility .

Party leaders believe such initiatives will improve coordination and reinforce the party’s support base. With a renewed focus on discipline and unity, the leadership is confident of strengthening the organisation and preparing for political challenges .
