By comparison, the 2024 list featured companies such as Synchrony International Services , Vestian , Unimoni , and Happiest Minds Technologies . While Synchrony continued to maintain its presence in 2025, new entrants like Table Space, World Wide Technology, and several hospitality and insurance firms marked a shift toward broader sector representation. The 2025 list demonstrates a stronger emphasis on mid-sized and service-based companies expanding their gender diversity initiatives, whereas 2024 saw a concentration in IT and technology firms.

Corporate India continues to see gradual improvements in women’s participation, now around 31% of working-age professionals. Organizations recognized in both 2024 and 2025 are implementing flexible schedules, mentorship programs, and leadership development opportunities, showing measurable benefits in retention, engagement, and financial performance. Companies with strong diversity policies report nearly 50% higher profit after tax compared to peers with lower gender representation, underscoring the business case for inclusion.
