Table Space, a Bengaluru-based enterprise managing over 9.9 million sq. ft. of workspace across 29 clusters in India, has been named one of India’s Top 10 Best Workplaces™ for Women 2025 (Mid-size Workplaces) by Great Place To Work® India. The recognition underscores the company’s commitment to gender equity, inclusion, and creating an empowering work environment for women, positioning it among India’s leading organizations in this space.

Founded in 2017 by former commercial real estate professionals, Table Space serves more than 300 global corporations with premium managed workspaces and fully customized enterprise solutions. With a workforce exceeding 650 employees as of March 2025, women make up over 30% of both the overall staff and leadership roles, significantly above the real estate industry average.

Kunal Mehra, President & Co-CEO of Table Space, said, “True inclusion is not just policy, it's culture. When women see themselves in leadership and are empowered across all roles, both the organization and society benefit. Investing in equity for women yields exponential returns.” Dimple Bakshi, Chief Human Resources Officer, added, “From progressive policies and flexible work models to mentorship and leadership programs, our focus is on enabling women to thrive at every stage of their careers.”

The 2025 “India’s Best Workplaces™ for Women” list highlights companies actively shaping gender-inclusive corporate culture. In addition to Table Space, the top 10 includes World Wide Technology , Harrisons Malayalam Limited , Hilton India , Marriott Hotels India Private Limited , PNB MetLife India Insurance & MetLife Global Operations Support Center , Synchrony International Services Private Limited , Aegis Customer Support Services Private Limited (Startek) , AGS Health Private Limited , and H & R Block (India) Private Limited .

By comparison, the 2024 list featured companies such as Synchrony International Services , Vestian , Unimoni , and Happiest Minds Technologies . While Synchrony continued to maintain its presence in 2025, new entrants like Table Space, World Wide Technology, and several hospitality and insurance firms marked a shift toward broader sector representation. The 2025 list demonstrates a stronger emphasis on mid-sized and service-based companies expanding their gender diversity initiatives, whereas 2024 saw a concentration in IT and technology firms.

Corporate India continues to see gradual improvements in women’s participation, now around 31% of working-age professionals. Organizations recognized in both 2024 and 2025 are implementing flexible schedules, mentorship programs, and leadership development opportunities, showing measurable benefits in retention, engagement, and financial performance. Companies with strong diversity policies report nearly 50% higher profit after tax compared to peers with lower gender representation, underscoring the business case for inclusion.

By consistently prioritizing gender equity and employee empowerment, Table Space and its peer companies are emerging as preferred destinations for professional women. The evolution from 2024 to 2025 highlights a broader, more diverse set of sectors actively investing in women-friendly workplaces, reinforcing the importance of inclusive cultures where women can grow, lead, and make meaningful contributions to business success.
