Sushmita reveals Chiranjeevi forgets dance steps
During a recent film pre-release event for the upcoming horror thriller 'Kishkindapuri,' Megastar Chiranjeevi’s daughter, producer Sushmita Konidela, shared a charming and humorous anecdote about her famous father. The story, which has since gone viral, reveals a surprisingly relatable side of the legendary actor, known for his incredible dancing skills and on-screen charisma.
While on stage, host Suma Kanakala asked Sushmita a playful question about her father, Chiranjeevi. "Does your father have any fear of your mother?" she asked. In response, Sushmita recounted a story from a recent film shoot for Chiranjeevi’s upcoming movie, "Mana Shankar Varaprashad Garu."
Sushmita explained that during the filming of a song, her mother, Surekha, made a surprise visit to the set. Up to that point, Chiranjeevi had been performing the dance steps flawlessly. However, the moment he saw his wife, his composure broke. According to Sushmita, he "immediately started stumbling" and "was forgetting all the steps."
The revelation caused a wave of laughter from the audience, who found the idea of the "Megastar" being so flustered by his wife's presence to be both hilarious and endearing. Sushmita concluded her story by noting, "What a wife's influence is there, isn't it?" The video clip of her story quickly spread across social media, with fans sharing their amusement and finding a new level of connection with their idol.
The film event also served to promote 'Kishkindapuri,' which is set to be released on September 12. The movie, which stars Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas and Anupama Parameswaran, is a horror thriller about a group of people who are trapped by a spirit in an old radio station. It has a runtime of 2 hours and 5 minutes and has been rated 'A' by the censor board. The trailer has already generated buzz for its suspenseful scenes and powerful background music.
