
State DGP C.V. Anand Calls On Chief Minister
Newly appointed Telangana Director General of Police (DGP) C.V. Anand , along with B. Shivadhar Reddy , who has been appointed as the Advisor on State Security Affairs , met Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Friday as a courtesy call. The meeting was held at the Marri Chenna Reddy Human Resource Development Institute .
Several senior IPS officers , who have recently been transferred and assigned to key positions, also met the Chief Minister and extended their greetings. Among those who called on the Chief Minister were IPS officers Shikha Goel, D.S. Chauhan, Shanawaz Qasim, Tarun Joshi, and B. Sumathi .
During the meeting, discussions were reportedly held on maintaining law and order in the state and strengthening the police machinery . The officers assured the Chief Minister that they would discharge their responsibilities efficiently and uphold public safety.
