Sri Ram Janmabhoomi is a spiritual beacon for the nation: CM Chandrababu Naidu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, who is on a visit to Uttar Pradesh, offered prayers at the Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya on Sunday and sought the blessings of Lord Ram. Speaking to the media after the visit, he described Ayodhya as emerging as one of India’s foremost spiritual centres.

The Chief Minister said the ideals of Ram Rajya continue to serve as guiding principles for good governance even in the present day. He congratulated everyone involved in the construction of the temple, calling it the result of decades of perseverance and collective effort.

Calling the Ram Temple a historic achievement, Chandrababu Naidu noted that its realization was not easy. He recalled the long legal process, extensive discussions, and the need for consensus among various stakeholders before a final resolution was reached. The temple, he said, is not merely a place of worship but a powerful symbol of India’s spiritual heritage that will inspire the world. He expressed confidence that in the coming years, the Ayodhya temple would set a benchmark for other major temples across the country.

The Chief Minister also praised Uttar Pradesh’s rapid progress under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, stating that the state is witnessing visible transformation. He thanked the Uttar Pradesh government for its cooperation during his visit and emphasized that states like Uttar Pradesh and Bihar will play a crucial role in achieving the national goal of Viksit Bharat-2047.

Highlighting the need to balance spiritual values with economic growth, Chandrababu Naidu said that both must go hand in hand to strengthen the nation. Referring to his recent remarks at the Indian Science Congress in Tirupati, he pointed out that nearly 50 million Indians are settled across the globe and are making significant contributions to the economies of their host countries with high per capita incomes.

He stressed that India’s future leadership on the global stage depends on the effective utilization of its human resources. Echoing the views expressed by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, the Chief Minister underlined that human capital is India’s greatest strength and that focused attention on population balance and skill development is essential to realize the vision of India by 2047.
