Sonakshi Sinha praises discipline in Telugu Industry as she debuts with ‘Jatadhara’

Bollywood actor Sonakshi Sinha, who is all set to make her Telugu cinema debut with the upcoming supernatural thriller Jatadhara , has shared her admiration for the Telugu film industry, describing it as “more disciplined” and conducive to a healthy work-life balance.

Directed by Abhishek Jaiswal and Venkat Kalyan, Jatadhara features Sudheer Babu in the lead role, with Shilpa Shirodkar playing a pivotal character. The film is said to blend intense drama with mystical elements, promising audiences a gripping cinematic experience.

Speaking about her experience on set, Sonakshi said, “The working culture in the South is a bit more disciplined. There’s a great balance between work and personal life, and everyone is extremely professional. It’s been a refreshing experience.”

Sonakshi, known for her powerful roles in films like Dabangg , Lootera , and the recent web series Heeramandi , marks a new phase in her career with Jatadhara . The film, currently in its post-production phase, has generated buzz for its intriguing storyline and visual effects.

Producers are yet to announce an official release date, but Jatadhara is expected to hit theatres in early 2025.
