Smooth darshan of goddess Durga with tech support!

Special arrangements have been made by NTR District Collector Dr. G. Lakshmisha to ensure that devotees have a smooth darshan of Goddess Kanaka Durga during the grand Dasara Sharannavaratri celebrations at Indrakeeladri, Vijayawada.

Speaking about the preparations, the Collector said that technology is being effectively used this year so that devotees can experience darshan in a spiritual atmosphere without facing any inconvenience.

As part of this initiative, QR code feedback posters have been installed at multiple points including the railway station, bus stand, holding areas, and along the 1.8 km queue line. Posters are placed every 100 meters for easy access.

By scanning these QR codes, devotees can share their feedback on the festival arrangements or report any issues. Once scanned, a simple question appears asking whether there are any inconveniences in the arrangements. Devotees can answer, share their feedback, and press the submit button.

Additionally, devotees can also report problems using a voice recording option or by calling the helpline number 88855 92974.

Collector Lakshmisha assured that if any inconvenience is reported, immediate action will be taken on a war footing to resolve it.
