Six Dead After Speeding Car Crashes Into Lorry On ORR

In a fatal road accident that occurred on Friday afternoon on the Shamshabad Outer Ring Road (ORR) in the city outskirts, six persons lost their lives on the spot , including two children . The incident took place near the 16th exit point at Shamshabad .

According to the police, a speeding car rammed into a stationary lorry from behind with great force. Due to the high impact, the car was completely mangled . All six occupants travelling in the car died instantly, while one person sustained serious injuries .

The injured individual was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment . Police identified the deceased as residents of Sirisilla , currently living in Hyderabad. The victims were reportedly returning from Yadagirigutta when the accident occurred.

Preliminary investigation suggests that overspeeding was the primary cause of the mishap. Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the incident.
