Shreyas Iyer’s Fifty Guides PBKS to Five-Wicket Win over CSK

Chasing a competitive 210 , PBKS relied on a composed and powerful batting display. Shreyas Iyer (50 off 29 balls) anchored the chase, forging a crucial 59-run partnership with Nehal Wadhera for the fourth wicket. Their effort helped PBKS finish at 210 for five , handing CSK their second consecutive defeat .

The victory was a collective effort, but Player of the Match Priyansh Arya (39 off 11 balls) set the tone with brutal hitting, including a four and six off Khaleel Ahmed and 20 runs off Matt Henry’s first over . Arya and Prabhsimran Singh (43 off 34 balls) combined for 61 runs in just 4.2 overs , signalling the aggressive intent of PBKS.
