Charming Star Sharwa is gearing up for a powerful transformation in the much-awaited pan-India period action drama ‘Bhogi’, directed by Sampath Nandi. As the film moves closer to completion, the makers have unveiled a special Raksha Bandhan poster, offering a refreshing and emotional glimpse into its world.

Unlike the intense action-driven visuals associated with the film so far, the new poster highlights a softer side of the story. Sharwa is seen alongside his sisters, capturing the warmth of their bond against the backdrop of a traditional village setting. Palm fruits, a mud house and trees in the background add to the rustic atmosphere, giving the poster a strong connection to the film's period setting.

Sharwa plays Ganga, a commanding and intense character that has required him to undergo a significant physical and visual transformation. The film is set in the early 1960s, with the makers recreating the look and feel of the era on a large scale.

The team recently completed a major climax schedule, bringing the production work close to its finish. However, substantial work remains on the post-production, particularly because several key sequences require extensive CG and visual effects to bring the film's ambitious world to life.

Produced by KK Radhamohan under the banner of Sri Sathya Sai Arts, ‘Bhogi’ is shaping up as an ambitious blend of period drama, action and emotion. The latest Raksha Bandhan poster suggests that amid its larger-than-life action and scale, the film will also explore the emotional relationships that shape its central character.

The makers are expected to announce the release date once the remaining post-production work reaches completion. With Sharwa's striking transformation and the promise of a grand period setting, ‘Bhogi’ continues to build anticipation among audiences.
