Samsung has announced an expansion of its Micro RGB TV lineup , introducing new display sizes ranging from 55 inches to 115 inches. The South Korean technology giant will provide a first look at the full 2026 lineup at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2026), scheduled in Las Vegas from January 6 to 9, 2026.

The new lineup aims to cater to both larger spaces and typical living-room setups, offering consumers more flexibility when choosing a model. Samsung first launched its flagship 115-inch Micro RGB TV in August 2025 in South Korea and the United States. The expanded range will now include 55, 65, 75, 85, 100, and 115-inch models, though initial availability is expected to be limited to select markets.

Micro RGB technology

represents a significant advancement over traditional LED or mini-LED displays. Each TV uses tiny red, green, and blue LEDs measuring less than 100 micrometers , which emit light independently. Unlike conventional LED TVs that rely on white or blue LEDs with color filters, Micro RGB displays offer precise color control, higher contrast, and more vibrant visuals , reducing banding and washed-out effects.

To enhance picture quality, Samsung pairs the Micro RGB panel with the Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, a next-generation chipset that improves clarity on a frame-by-frame basis. Features such as 4K AI Upscaling Pro sharpen lower-resolution content, while AI Motion Enhancer Pro smooths fast-moving sequences in sports and action scenes. The Micro RGB Precision Colour 100 system, certified by VDE in some models, ensures accurate colors across a wide gamut (BT.2020), providing natural skin tones, nuanced landscapes, and richer cinematic visuals.

While Samsung has confirmed that these premium smart TVs will be available in 2026, official India launch dates and pricing have not yet been announced. Industry estimates suggest that the smaller 55–65 inch models could be priced in the ₹5–8 lakh range , while larger models may cost significantly more, reflecting the cutting-edge display technology and premium build quality.

The 2026 Micro RGB TVs are targeted at consumers seeking ultra-high-quality viewing experiences, offering vivid colors, improved contrast, and advanced motion handling for movies, live sports, and gaming. Further details regarding regional availability, pricing, and specifications are expected to be revealed during CES 2026.
