Saffron Flag to Soar in Every Municipality, Says BJP State Chief

BJP cadres have enthusiastically geared up with the aim of hoisting the party flag in the upcoming municipal elections. A “Victory Resolve” meeting, organized under the leadership of the BJP in Secunderabad’s Classic Gardens in the context of the upcoming municipal elections, was held with great enthusiasm on Thursday. At this meeting, BJP State President Ramachander Rao and other party leaders motivated the party ranks to prepare for the election battle.

Addressing the gathering, Ramachander Rao strongly criticized the BRS government over the past 11 years in the state, as well as the current Congress administration. He alleged that both these governments have continuously cheated the people of Telangana. He pointed out that funds allocated by the central government for key development schemes like AMRUT and Swachh Bharat , aimed at improving municipal infrastructure in Greater Hyderabad and across the state, are either misused or diverted by the state government. As a result, the development of urban infrastructure is lagging behind.

He reminded that the central government, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi , has allocated thousands of crores of rupees for Telangana’s development and provided crucial initiatives such as the Mulugu University project to the state. However, he criticized the Congress government for failing miserably in implementing the promises made to the public during elections.

With the municipal election notification expected to be released soon, he urged all BJP cadres to stand united and be fully prepared to achieve victory. He also congratulated BJP workers for securing significant wins in the recent limited-pool Sarpanch elections , despite contesting in only a few seats.

He emphasized that with the same spirit, the party aims to win the public’s support in the upcoming municipal elections as well.
