Rs 53.25 Crore Development Initiatives Launched in Atmakur

A series of development initiatives worth Rs 53.25 crore were formally launched in Atmakur, marking a busy day of project inaugurations and foundation ceremonies led by Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy.

State Ministers Dr Ponguru Narayana and Kolusu Parthasarathy, Rajya Sabha member Beeda Masthan Rao, MLC Beeda Ravichandra, Kavali MLA Krishna Reddy, NUDA Chairman Kotamreddy Srinivasulu Reddy and district Collector Himanshu Shukla were among those who participated in the programmes.

The major event was held at the Atmakur Municipal Office premises, where the ministers unveiled a pylon representing development works valued at Rs 45 crore. The programme was followed by the laying of foundation stones for several key projects planned for the town.

The arrival of the senior ministers and public representatives generated considerable activity in Atmakur. Local representatives and leaders welcomed the visiting ministers, officials and other dignitaries who attended the programmes. A large number of local residents and party workers also participated in the day's events.

As part of the programme, the ministers flagged off a bike rally organised by the NDA alliance. The rally witnessed significant participation from party workers and local leaders, adding to the activity surrounding the development programmes. The procession moved through the town amid the presence of a large gathering.

The launch of Rs 53.25 crore worth of development works in a single day marked a significant occasion for Atmakur. The projects were initiated under the leadership of Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy, with senior ministers, elected representatives and district officials joining the programmes.
