
RITES Announces Recruitment for 400 Assistant Manager Posts
Rail India Technical and Economic Service (RITES) has issued a recruitment notification for 400 Assistant Manager posts across multiple engineering disciplines. The online application process has been opened from November 26 and will remain active until December 25, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates have been advised to submit their applications through the official website, www.rites.com .
According to the notification, the vacancies have been announced in disciplines including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Signal & Telecommunications, Metallurgy, Chemical, Information Technology, Food Technology and Pharma. As per the eligibility criteria, applicants must possess a full-time Bachelor’s degree in the relevant Engineering or Technology discipline, along with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience. The maximum age has been fixed at 40 years, with relaxations to be provided in accordance with government norms. Only Indian nationals or candidates meeting criteria mentioned in the notification will be considered eligible.
The selection of candidates will be carried out through a written examination or online test, followed by an interview and document verification. The examination date has been tentatively scheduled for January 11, 2026, while the admit card release date is expected to be notified separately.
An application fee of ₹600 plus taxes will be charged from General and OBC candidates, whereas SC, ST, PwD and women candidates will be required to pay ₹300 plus taxes. The payment is to be made online through debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI.
The salary structure for the Assistant Manager post includes a basic pay of ₹23,340 per month, along with applicable allowances. The overall cost to company (CTC) is expected to be approximately ₹42,478 per month, as indicated in the notification.
Applicants have been instructed to complete the submission process by registering online, filling in accurate details, uploading relevant documents, paying the fee and finally downloading the submitted form for reference.
