Record-Breaking Milestone for AP on iGOT-Karmayogi Portal

Andhra Pradesh has achieved a rare milestone in administrative reforms and skill development for government employees. The state has emerged first in the nation in utilizing the prestigious iGOT-Karmayogi digital learning platform, launched by the central government, setting a new national record. Through this portal, Andhra Pradesh has recorded over one crore registrations and successfully completed more than 80 lakh courses, making it the only state to reach this scale.

Launched in 2022, the central government developed the platform to enhance the performance of public officials and deliver faster, more transparent services to citizens. In Andhra Pradesh, the State Development Planning Society (APSDPS) has efficiently implemented the program at the grassroots level. Currently, government machinery extensively utilizes over 4,290 courses available on the platform across various disciplines.

Continuous Learning Is the Goal: CM Chandrababu Naidu

Expressing his pride over this achievement, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said,

"It is a matter of pride that Andhra Pradesh leads on the iGOT-Karmayogi portal. Achieving over one crore registrations and 80 lakh course completions reflects our employees’ continuous learning and dedication to professional excellence. This initiative plays a pivotal role in delivering capable governance ready to face future challenges."

The iGOT division of the central government also specially appreciated Andhra Pradesh’s performance, recognizing the state as the first to achieve such milestones under the National Capacity Building Framework. Through digital training, Andhra Pradesh has set an example for other states, bringing renewed energy and efficiency to government operations.
