The blockbuster spy thriller “Dhurandhar” , starring Ranveer Singh as intelligence agent Hamza Ali Mazari and directed by Aditya Dhar , is set to release in Japan on July 10, 2026 , marking another major step in its global expansion.

The film, which also features Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, and R. Madhavan , originally released on December 5, 2025 , and emerged as one of the biggest Indian hits worldwide, reportedly grossing over ₹1,300 crore globally .

For its Japan rollout, the film will be presented under the title “Operation Dhurandhar” , with the makers unveiling a vibrant yellow Japanese-language poster designed to connect with local audiences while retaining the film’s high-energy espionage tone.
