Punjab and Sind Bank Opens Applications for 30 MSME Relationship Manager Posts

The recruitment notification for 30 MSME Relationship Managers in Punjab and Sind Bank was released on 5 November 2025. Applications have been invited from eligible graduates, and the online registration process has been made available on the bank’s official website, punjabandsind.bank.in .The application window will remain open until 26 November 2025.

According to the notification, the vacancies are being filled for the MSME Relationship Manager posts across the bank’s MSME division. Candidates have been required to possess a full-time regular graduation in any discipline from an institution recognized by the Government of India or other statutory bodies. A full-time MBA in Marketing or Finance has been listed as a preferred qualification.

It has been stated that applicants must have a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in relationship or credit management, preferably in MSME banking, with a scheduled commercial bank, NBFC, or financial institution. The age criteria specify a minimum age of 25 years and a maximum of 33 years, with the cut-off date set as 1 November 2025. Candidates born between 2 November 1992 and 1 November 2000 are considered eligible, subject to applicable government age relaxations.

The bank has fixed the application fee at ₹850 for General, EWS, and OBC candidates, whereas SC, ST, and PwD applicants are required to pay ₹100, in addition to applicable taxes and payment gateway charges. It has also been mentioned that online transaction charges must be borne by the applicants.

The selection process will involve a written test, followed by screening and a personal interview. All stages will be conducted as per the recruitment procedures laid out by the bank. Candidates have been advised to ensure the accuracy and consistency of their signatures and documents at all stages of the process.

Applications must be submitted online only, as no other mode of application will be accepted. Detailed guidelines regarding the uploading of photographs, signatures, thumb impressions, handwritten declarations, and supporting documents have been made available on the bank’s website. Candidates are required to complete the registration process by accessing the “Recruitment” section on the homepage and selecting the relevant notification.

The recruitment drive has been issued to strengthen the MSME operations of the bank by appointing qualified professionals with experience in credit and relationship management.
