Priyanka Chopra is set to be the first guest on the fourth season of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’, which will premiere on December 20 on Netflix. The new season is expected to begin on a high note with Chopra’s appearance, bringing her signature wit and warmth to Kapil Sharma’s much-loved comedy stage.

Kapil Sharma and Priyanka Chopra have shared a lively on-screen rapport in the past, with their playful banter and spontaneous humour often turning episodes into memorable laughter-filled outings for audiences. On Monday, Netflix India unveiled a new poster of the show featuring Kapil Sharma and Priyanka Chopra on its Instagram handle. Announcing the premiere episode, the platform wrote, “When the desi girl arrives, things get Pri-etty humorous. Watch Priyanka Chopra in the premiere episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show’s new season, streaming from 20th December, at 8 PM, only on Netflix.”

Adding to the buzz, Priyanka Chopra herself took to social media and shared glimpses from the sets of the show. The actor posted behind-the-scenes pictures and clips on Instagram, offering fans a sneak peek into her shoot and confirming her excitement about returning to the comedy show. Her posts, which captured candid moments with Kapil Sharma and the team, quickly drew attention and heightened anticipation for the season premiere.

Season 4 is expected to raise the comedy bar further, with Kapil Sharma stepping into several fresh avatars including GenZ Baba, Tau ji, Raja and Mantri Ji, catering to viewers across age groups. The new season also promises a diverse and unexpected guest lineup, featuring World Cup champions, global superstars, Gen Z icons and Bhojpuri stars. Joining Kapil once again is his popular parivaar, including Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda and others, while Navjot Singh Siddhu and Archana Puran Singh are also set to be part of the show’s expanding “mastiverse.”

Sharing his thoughts on the new season, Kapil Sharma said that while every season feels like a challenge, audience love and expectations continue to push him to explore something new. He added that Season 4 brings both new characters and familiar favourites, promising what he calls a multiverse of comedy on Netflix.
