Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ ‘The Bluff’ to premiere on Prime Video February 25

Actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas is all set to return to Hollywood with her upcoming film “The Bluff” , which will premiere on Prime Video on February 25 , the streaming platform announced on Thursday.

Directed by Frank E Flowers , the action-adventure film also stars Karl Urban of The Boys . Set against the historical and cultural backdrop of the Cayman Islands , the story follows a former pirate whose tranquil life is disrupted by the reappearance of her violent past.

Chopra Jonas plays Ercell “Bloody Mary” Bodden , a skilled ex-pirate who has left behind a life of bloodshed to live quietly with her family. However, her peace is shattered when her former captain Connor (Urban) returns seeking revenge. Ercell is forced to confront buried demons and navigate a deadly web of secrets and survival.

Armed with expert swordsmanship, tactical traps, and a fierce determination to protect her loved ones, Ercell fights to save her family while reclaiming her power and embracing the warrior within, according to the official logline. The film promises a blend of period storytelling and high-octane action, featuring sword fights, hand-to-hand combat, and strategic battles.

Written by Joe Ballarini and Frank E Flowers, the film is produced by Anthony and Joe Russo along with Angela Russo-Otstot, Chopra Jonas, Michael Disco, Cisely Saldana, and Mariel Saldana under the AGBO banner. The cast also includes Safia Oakley-Green, Temuera Morrison, and Ismael Cruz Cordova.
