Prime Video unveils first look of Sobhita Dhulipala in thriller 'Cheekatilo'

Prime Video has released the first glimpse of Cheekatilo , a gripping Telugu crime suspense drama, ahead of its worldwide premiere on January 23 . The film will be available in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and with English subtitles, marking a direct-to-OTT release.

Sobhita Dhulipala leads the cast as a true crime podcaster, and the eerie first-look poster hints at the dark, mysterious world of the story, featuring clues like newspaper clippings and a haunting flower skull. The film is directed by Sharan Kopishetty and produced by D. Suresh Babu , with Vishwadev Rachakonda, Chaitanya Visalakshmi, and other actors in key roles.

Set against the streets of Hyderabad , Cheekatilo bypasses traditional theatrical release, diving straight into the digital space. Fans have eagerly welcomed Dhulipala’s return to Telugu cinema, while producers have teased a major reveal involving the character Sandhya. Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap also extended his congratulations on the film’s launch.
