Prashanth Varma unveils next big venture Adheera

Tollywood’s young filmmaker Prashanth Varma, who has carved a niche for himself with unique storytelling, is back with another ambitious project titled Adheera . Known for introducing the superhero genre to Telugu cinema with the blockbuster HanuMan , and earlier films like Zombie Reddy and Awe! , the director is now ready to thrill audiences once again.

Directed by Sharan Koppisetty, Adheera features SJ Suryah and Kalyan Dasari in key roles. The film is being produced on a grand scale by Riwaj Ramesh Duggall. Following the success of HanuMan , fans now see every Prashanth Varma project as a visual wonder, and expectations are already soaring.

Cinematography is handled by Shivendra, while Sri Charan Pakala is composing the background score, expected to be a major highlight. Production designer Sri Nagendra Tangala is crafting unique sets that have already become a talking point in the film industry.

The makers recently unveiled the film’s poster, which went viral within minutes. Featuring the lead character with devil-like horns and an intense gaze, the design hints at a powerful and dark role. The poster carried the line: “ When darkness blooms the world, a LIGHTNING of hope emerges .”

Buzz suggests that the first glimpse of Adheera may be attached to Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film OG , further amplifying anticipation. With Prashanth Varma’s expanding cinematic universe, the film is expected to set new benchmarks in Telugu cinema.
