"Please Call Me Anna Konidala": Pawan Kalyan's Wife Shares Emotional Note

Anna Konidala, wife of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and actor Pawan Kalyan, has shared an emotional message requesting everyone to address her by her married name. In a heartfelt social media post ahead of her birthday, she revealed that she officially adopted her husband's surname after their marriage in 2013 and wishes to be known by that name.

Anna explained that she had wanted to make this request ever since she created her Instagram account but struggled to find the right words. She noted that many people still refer to her as Anna Lezhneva, the surname that became widely known when news of her marriage first appeared in the media.

She clarified that their marriage certificate was the last official document to carry the surname Lezhneva. From the day of her marriage, she legally became Anna Konidala after taking her husband's family name. Calling a name deeply personal, she wrote, "Please call me Anna Konidala. That's my name, and it's the one I feel like myself with." She also thanked everyone for understanding and respecting her request.

Along with the note, Anna shared a throwback photograph with Pawan Kalyan, revealing that it was taken during their first trip together to Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Pawan Kalyan, who made his acting debut with "Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi" in 1996, was previously married to Nandini and later actor-model Renu Desai, with whom he has two children, Akira Nandan and Aadhya. He married Anna Konidala, who is originally from Russia, in 2013, and the couple have two children, Polena Anjana Pawanova and Mark Shankar Pawanovich.
