Payyavula Keshav Directs Officials to Resolve Public Grievances Swiftly
State Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav has called on officials to act swiftly on public grievances and ensure that petitions received from citizens are addressed without delay. During a public grievance redressal programme held at his camp office in Ram Nagar, Anantapur, on Thursday, the minister interacted with petitioners, listened to their concerns and directed the concerned officials to take appropriate measures to resolve their problems.
Keshav stressed the need for a responsive administrative mechanism that prioritises people's concerns and ensures timely action. He received representations from citizens on various issues and instructed officials to examine the petitions and initiate necessary steps towards resolving them.
Following the public grievance programme, Keshav participated in a review meeting on preparations for the upcoming local body elections in Nandyal district, where he serves as the district in-charge minister. The meeting focused on electoral preparedness, grassroots-level coordination and strategies to strengthen the alliance's position across the district.
Interacting with party leaders, Keshav called for a well-coordinated election campaign aimed at securing the maximum number of seats in all constituencies of Nandyal district. He emphasised the importance of careful planning and effective implementation of election strategies, taking into account the political dynamics and local conditions in each constituency.
The minister also urged party leaders and cadres to communicate the state government's development initiatives and welfare programmes effectively to the public. He said the benefits delivered through these schemes should be highlighted extensively to strengthen public awareness of the government's work.
As part of the preparations, Keshav underscored the need for party workers to maintain close coordination at the grassroots level and work collectively towards the alliance's electoral objectives. He advised leaders to develop constituency-specific action plans rather than rely on a uniform approach across the district.
The review meeting was attended by State Minority Welfare Minister N.M.D. Farooq, Roads and Buildings Minister B.C. Janardhan Reddy, the Nandyal Member of Parliament, district legislators and constituency-level party leaders.
The discussions centred on strengthening organisational coordination, communicating government initiatives to voters and ensuring comprehensive preparations for the local body elections across Nandyal district.
