Officials Urged to Work in Coordination for Successful National E-Governance Conference

Joint Secretary Sarita Chauhan and State IT Secretary Katamneni Bhaskar directed that all officials work in close coordination to ensure the success of the 28th National E-Governance Conference.

On Sunday morning, they held a review meeting at the Collectorate meeting hall along with District Collector M.N. Harendhira Prasad, Joint Collector K. Mayur Ashok, and other officials. The review focused on the arrangements being made for the two-day conference scheduled to be held on Monday and Tuesday at the Novotel Hotel, Visakhapatnam.

The officials instructed that no lapses should occur and that the event must be conducted in a planned and systematic manner. To make the registration process smooth, they suggested setting up multiple registration counters and also opening a special web link so that participants can register online with ease.

They emphasized the importance of coordination between central, state, and district-level officials and urged everyone to remain alert in every aspect of the arrangements.

Officials manning the control room were advised to stay fully informed about all matters so they could provide accurate information when needed. Liaison officers were instructed to remain vigilant and ensure that guests arriving at airports and railway stations are received properly and brought to the main venue, while also extending them any required assistance.

Highlighting the significance of the prestigious national event being hosted in Visakhapatnam, Sarita Chauhan and Katamneni Bhaskar called upon every official to work with dedication and perform their assigned duties responsibly to ensure its grand success. They noted that several political leaders and top officials will be participating in the conference.
