The makers of upcoming Telugu film The Paradise have dismissed ongoing rumours about reshoots and production delays , confirming that the film remains on schedule for its worldwide theatrical release on August 21, 2026.

Directed by Srikanth Odela and headlined by Nani, the film has reportedly completed more than 100 days of shooting. The team clarified that speculation surrounding budget escalation and schedule setbacks was baseless and driven by social media chatter.

Rumours circulating online had claimed that the film’s budget had ballooned from Rs 160 crore to over Rs 200 crore, while also alleging that portions of the film were being reshot. However, sources close to the production denied these reports, stating that filming is progressing as planned without any major disruptions.

Set in 1980s Secunderabad, The Paradise is said to revolve around a marginalized tribe’s struggle against discrimination and oppression. The film is expected to showcase Nani in a rugged and intense role, with several action-heavy sequences already generating buzz among fans.

Music for the film is being composed by Anirudh Ravichander, whose collaboration with the project has further heightened anticipation. Trade circles have also praised the makers for addressing the rumours directly and maintaining transparency about the film’s progress.

With its period backdrop, large-scale production design and emotionally charged storyline, The Paradise has emerged as one of the most anticipated Telugu releases of 2026.
