New alliance air flight connects Rajahmundry, Tirupati

Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu has announced the commencement of a new flight service connecting the cultural capital of Rajahmundry with the spiritual capital of Tirupati. The new route, to be operated by Alliance Air using an ATR 72 aircraft, is scheduled to begin on October 1.

The service is a significant step towards enhancing regional connectivity and will be particularly beneficial for devotees traveling to the Tirumala temple. Speaking at the announcement, Minister Naidu expressed his happiness with the new route, noting that it aligns with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s vision of a "Connected Andhra Pradesh."

The flight schedule has been announced as follows:

• October 1 (Inaugural Flight): The flight will arrive in Rajahmundry from Tirupati at 9:25 AM. The return flight from Rajahmundry to Tirupati will depart at 10:15 AM.

• From October 2 onwards: Flights will operate three days a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

• The flight will depart Tirupati at 7:40 AM and arrive in Rajahmundry at 9:25 AM.

• The return flight will depart Rajahmundry at 9:50 AM and arrive back in Tirupati at 11:20 AM.

Minister Naidu conveyed his special gratitude to Alliance Air for introducing this new service, which is expected to provide greater ease of travel for pilgrims and business travelers alike.
