Actor Nani ’s upcoming action drama The Paradise , directed by Dasara fame Srikanth Odela , has been postponed from its originally planned late-March 2026 release to August 21 . The makers have also confirmed that the film will now be released as a single-part epic , doing away with earlier plans to split the story into two parts.

Positioned as a large-scale action entertainer with strong socio-political themes, The Paradise features a powerful supporting cast led by veteran actor Mohan Babu, along with several well-known faces from Telugu cinema, adding depth and intensity to the narrative.

Set in the gritty backdrop of 1980s Secunderabad, the film traces the brutal struggle of a marginalised tribal community fighting for dignity and survival within an oppressive system. Trade analysts believe the August release , timed just ahead of Raksha Bandhan and the festive holiday window , could give the film a strong opening at the box office.

Music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander , whose score and songs are among the project’s major highlights . While parts of the original soundtrack have already been released , the much-awaited song Aaya Sher is yet to be unveiled and is expected to drop closer to the theatrical release.

Planned as a major pan-Indian outing , The Paradise will release worldwide in multiple languages , including Telugu and Hindi , with international versions also lined up. With its period setting, star-driven cast and high-profile music album , the film is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated Telugu releases of 2026 .
