Natural Star Nani is reportedly taking personal responsibility for the digital version of 'The Paradise', hoping to address some of the concerns raised by audiences after its theatrical release. The action drama, directed by Srikanth Odela, generated considerable anticipation before hitting cinemas on September 24, 2026. However, despite its strong opening and impressive box office performance, the film received a mixed response, with several viewers feeling that it did not live up to expectations.

According to the latest reports, Nani is closely monitoring the film’s OTT version, with previously unseen footage potentially being added to the digital cut. The proposed changes could include shots that were left out of the theatrical version. However, the makers have not officially confirmed the additions, and the streaming platform and release date of the revised version remain unclear.

Interestingly, this is not the first time the film’s editing has come under discussion. Nani and Srikanth Odela previously addressed criticism surrounding a controversial scene involving Kayadu Lohar’s character, Subbalakshmi. They acknowledged that the sequence lost some of its intended context during editing, affecting how audiences interpreted it.

Actor Remo Raheem also revealed that a five-to-seven-minute fight sequence featuring him and Nani was reduced to a brief moment in the final cut because of the film’s runtime. These revelations have added to speculation about whether the digital version could restore some of the missing material.

Nani has also spoken about the film’s polarised reception, acknowledging that the team rushed certain aspects of the production. The actor nevertheless praised Srikanth Odela’s filmmaking vision, suggesting that the experience offered valuable lessons.

Whether additional footage can improve the audience’s perception of 'The Paradise' remains to be seen. An extended or revised version could provide more context to certain sequences, but its impact will ultimately depend on the changes made and how viewers respond.

Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the SLV Cinemas banner, the film features Nani alongside Kayadu Lohar, Mohan Babu, Sonali Kulkarni and Raghav Juyal in pivotal roles. With discussions around its digital cut gaining momentum, audiences will be watching closely for an official update.
