Musical Countdown Begins: Sing Geetham Set For June 11 Release

Veteran filmmaker Singeetam Srinivasa Rao , regarded as one of Indian cinema’s most innovative directors and known for acclaimed films such as Pushpaka Vimana , Apoorva Sagodharargal and Aditya 369 , is gearing up to return to the big screen with Sing Geetham , a musical entertainer slated for a worldwide theatrical release on June 11, 2026. Production banner Vyjayanthi Movies officially announced that only 30 days remain for what it described as “a musical ride of a lifetime.”

The makers unveiled the teaser of the film on social media, creating excitement among movie lovers and music enthusiasts alike. The teaser hints at a vibrant musical drama packed with emotion, melody and grand visuals, while also marking a special collaboration between some of Telugu cinema’s celebrated names.

The film is directed by the legendary Singeetam Srinivasa Rao, whose career spans several decades across Telugu, Tamil and Kannada cinema. Popular music composer Devi Sri Prasad, fondly called DSP, is scoring the soundtrack, adding to the anticipation surrounding the project.

Sing Geetham is being produced by filmmaker Nag Ashwin under the banners of Vyjayanthi Movies and Swapna Cinema. The project is also being promoted with the hashtag SSR61 , indicating it as a landmark film in Singeetam Srinivasa Rao’s illustrious career.

With music at the heart of the narrative and an experienced creative team backing it, Sing Geetham has already emerged as one of the eagerly awaited Telugu releases of the year.
