Municipal Elections Are Congress’ Test: Srinivas Goud Issues Strong Warning

Former Minister Srinivas Goud met with BRS leaders and party workers , division-wise, at the BRS camp office in Mahbubnagar and sharply criticized the Congress government .

He alleged that the Congress , which came to power with false promises and unrealistic commitments , has failed to implement even a single pledge effectively. He accused the government of completely sidelining the people , saying that Congress deceived citizens to gain power . Goud emphasized that, as previously predicted, the two-year rule of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has defrauded all sections of society— elderly, women, students, and government employees alike.

Highlighting the contrast with the KCR administration , he said all sections that were satisfied earlier now face difficulties under Congress rule . Commenting on the political scenario, he noted that Congress and BJP are colluding ineffectively in elections . He called upon the public to teach Congress a lesson in the upcoming municipal elections , warning that voting for the party would only continue the same deception . He asserted that only if KCR returns to power will the state progress and citizens receive genuine justice .

Goud also criticized the halt of numerous development projects initiated under the BRS government , claiming that Congress has failed to complete them. He urged party workers to spread awareness about these issues among the people . He assured that if BRS returns to power , all stalled projects will be completed , and Mahbubnagar will be developed alongside Hyderabad .

He called on all leaders and workers to work collectively to ensure the victory of BRS candidates in the upcoming municipal elections . The meeting was attended by Puram Election Observer Ali Maskati , former Chairman of the Library Organization Rajeshwar Goud , and former Municipal Chairman Narsimulu , among others.
