Mohan Bhagwat to Address Women’s Conference in Hyderabad on July 26

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat is scheduled to visit Hyderabad on July 26 to participate in an interactive conference focused on issues related to motherhood, family values, and women's role in society.

The event, titled “Yuganukool Matrutva” (Motherhood in Tune with the Times) , is being organised by Vishwamanglya Sabha and will bring together women intellectuals and representatives from across southern India. The organisation's National Organising Secretary, Vrushali Joshi , announced the programme while addressing the media on Friday.

According to Joshi, Vishwamanglya Sabha has been working for the past 16 years in areas such as women's empowerment, strengthening family institutions, protecting motherhood, and promoting social awareness . She said the organisation functions with the guiding message, “Na Matuh Para Daivatam” — meaning there is no deity greater than one's mother — and has built a nationwide network of nearly six lakh women .

Bhagwat is expected to deliver the keynote address at the conference and engage with delegates on a range of issues affecting women in contemporary society. Discussions will focus on challenges such as balancing professional responsibilities with personal life, raising children in a rapidly changing social environment, and finding harmony between traditional values and modern aspirations.

Organisers said the conference aims to encourage dialogue on the evolving role of women while highlighting the importance of family and motherhood in shaping society. Representatives from various southern states are expected to participate in the deliberations and share perspectives on issues of common concern.
