BRS MLA Kadiyam Srihari has strongly dismissed allegations suggesting he is joining the Congress party. Responding in writing to a notice issued by Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar regarding questions about his disqualification, Srihari clarified that he remains a member of the BRS and has not resigned from the party.

“I have never informed anyone that I am joining Congress, and all reports suggesting otherwise are false,” he stated in his letter to the Speaker. He further emphasized that he has never publicly indicated any intention to join Congress in the future.

Srihari described the allegations against him as baseless and politically motivated. He reaffirmed his commitment to BRS policies and principles and said he continues to fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to him by the people effectively.

He also noted that spreading rumors about him switching parties is misleading and an attempt to create confusion. Srihari expressed confidence in his legal and constitutional position, emphasizing that his primary focus remains on serving his constituents rather than engaging in political speculation.

This clarification from Kadiyam Srihari has intensified the ongoing political discussion around the disqualification issue. The Assembly Speaker’s next steps after reviewing his response are being closely watched by political observers.
