Australia's Mitchell Starc has reclaimed the No. 1 position in the latest ICC Men's Test Bowling Rankings, while India's Shreyas Iyer climbed to seventh among T20I batters following recent international performances. The updated rankings, released on November 4, reflect significant movements across Test, ODI and T20I formats.

Starc rose one place to the top after taking nine wickets in the third and final World Test Championship match against South Africa in Cape Town. South Africa's left-arm pacer Marco Jansen, who previously occupied the top position, slipped to second after claiming just three wickets in the match. Starc had first reached the No. 1 spot in August, ending India's Jasprit Bumrah's reign, before Jansen overtook him following his six-wicket performance in the second Test at Gqeberha.

South Africa's Simon Harmer was another major gainer, moving up nine places to seventh among Test bowlers after taking six wickets in Australia's second innings at Newlands. He finished ahead of teammate Kagiso Rabada. Despite losing the bowling crown, Jansen strengthened his position as the world's No. 1 Test all-rounder with a career-best rating. Wiaan Mulder climbed to third and Harmer to fifth in the all-rounder rankings.

Among Test batters, Ryan Rickelton jumped 25 places to 23rd, while Aiden Markram moved to 11th and Mulder climbed to 17th. Australia's Cameron Green and Alex Carey reached joint 19th. West Indies batter Justin Greaves rose 12 places to joint 38th following his team's eight-wicket victory over Bangladesh in Mirpur. Jomel Warrican climbed to 30th among bowlers, while Roston Chase moved to joint 23rd among all-rounders.

In ODI rankings, Pakistan captain Shaheen Afridi advanced to fifth among bowlers, while Haris Rauf reached 24th. Fakhar Zaman climbed to 37th among batters. England's Ben Duckett moved to sixth, while Sri Lanka's Pavan Rathnayake jumped 20 places to 16th.

In T20Is, Shreyas Iyer gained two places to seventh among batters after India's series triumph over New Zealand. Glenn Phillips moved to 24th, while Mitchell Santner and Jacob Duffy climbed to fifth and 23rd among bowlers, respectively. Afghanistan's Azmatullah Omarzai also rose three places to third among T20I all-rounders following his Player of the Series performance against Zimbabwe in the UAE.
