Minister Seethakka's constituency left behind in development
Residents in Minister Seethakka’s constituency are facing severe hardships due to lack of basic infrastructure. Villages such as Malyala, Kondai, and Govindarajula in Aturunagaram Mandal are struggling, especially during the rainy season, when seasonal diseases become widespread.
Many villages remain cut off from proper road access. Doctors trying to reach these areas often have to cross rivers or streams by boat and then walk several kilometers to provide medical care. A bridge connecting Malyala, Kondai, and Govindarajula collapsed during the last rainy season, stopping vehicle movement and creating serious difficulties for locals.
Residents accuse the minister of visiting mainly during election times to make promises but failing to deliver them. They are demanding the construction of proper roads and bridges in the constituency, expressing frustration that no bridge construction has started in the past year.
