Amid the constant rush of commuters at Kachiguda Railway Station, a quiet yet meaningful transformation unfolded as the Telangana government introduced initiatives focused on child welfare , maternal dignity , and family security . Leading the effort, Dansari Anasuya Seethakka inaugurated an Adoption Support Centre and a Foster Care Centre , along with a breastfeeding kiosk , marking a shift towards more inclusive public infrastructure that responds to real social needs.

The Adoption Support Centre aims to offer children without parental care a new beginning by providing legal guidance , verified information, and counselling, while reinforcing transparency and discouraging illegal practices. Beyond child protection, the government has also turned its focus to mothers, with the breastfeeding kiosk ensuring privacy in public spaces , particularly in crowded urban hubs.
