In a heartening move to support underprivileged students, Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Satyakumar Yadav, has personally paid the public exam fees for 2,087 10th-grade students studying in 41 government schools across his Dharmavaram constituency.

Each student was required to pay ₹125 for their public exams, and the total amount of ₹2,60,875 was covered by the minister through the District Education Officer. The schools benefiting from this support are located in the four mandals of Dharmavaram, Mudigubba, Battalapalli, and Tadimarri. Among the students assisted, 1,096 are girls.

Officials have issued formal notices to the schools confirming the fee payments. The initiative has been widely appreciated by local residents, student leaders, and education enthusiasts, who noted that easing the financial burden will allow these students to focus on their exams without worry.

Close associates of the minister described the gesture as a small but meaningful step to encourage and motivate underprivileged students. The community has hailed the initiative as an example of leadership that genuinely supports education.
